is the 4.3 compendium jar publically available?

The 4.3 compendium spec was made public may 8 but I can't tell if the jar with eg. the new SCR annotations is also public.... I certainly can't find it in maven central.

Anyone have an idea?

Hi David,

The jar is available from here: http://www.osgi.org/Download/Release4V43
The osgi.cmpn-4.3.0.jar in there certainly contains the annotations,
but it would be good to have this available in maven too. I'll have a
look where the status of that is.
