I have set up local user "info" and i have also included mcz.de as domain in
config.xml, but James does not put this mail into
the local mail-reposit from user "info", instead he tries to send it away. Why
???

I thought that it is handled by this matcher/mailet Combination in config.xml:
<mailet match="RecipientIsLocal" class="LocalDelivery"/>

As <in...@mcz.de> is a local account it should be directed to user info ...

Thanx
The real frustrated Tim
