[MailboxAPI] MessageResult contract
MessageResult (see 1) is a crucial part of the mailboxAPI. however,
it's behaviour is not defined.
in particular, the API is silent about whether the corresponding
method should return a not null value when getIncludedResults() is set
for a particular datum. for example, if getIncludedResults() ==
MIME_MESSAGE imply then must getMimeMessage return a not null value.
i can appreciate both sides of the argument but IMO the API should be
specific and consist so this means making a decision
opinions?

As previously noted, feel free to discard the entirety of the mailbox API
and start over.
