Problems when restarting hosts

Hi all,

I am experiencing some issues when restarting hosts.

The host is, as expected, marked as Disconnected:

However, each instance on that host is still marked as Running, even though
they are obviously unreachable. I would expect these hosts (which are not
HA enabled) to be turned off.

What could be the reason that the management server is not picking up on
this?

Hypervisor: KVM
