   ### Motivation
   
   Eclipse/VSCode support is broken after Jetty 12 upgrade PR change #25100. There was a similar issue with IntelliJ, resolved in #25155.
   
   ### Modifications
   
   - skip shading and compilation of zookeeper-with-patched-admin module in Eclipse / VSCode so that ZooKeeper classes are available in the IDE.
