[jira] Resolved: (INFRA-1142) Subversion commits not shown in Jira

Jeff Turner resolved INFRA-1142.
--------------------------------

    Resolution: Fixed

Fixed, thanks. The local cache of svn logs was lost during the upgrade, and sucking down 500k logs was exceeding a process limit on svn.apache.org. Some coordination with joes2 on IRC was required to sort it out.

> Subversion commit information is not available in Jira. See for example the "Subversion Commits" tab of any project; for example https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/JCR?report=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.ext.subversion:subversion-project-tab. It just shows "No commits were found!"
