KAFKA-4271: Fix the server start script for Windows to run normally on a 32-bit OS
Without this fix the new consumer fails to run on a 32-bit Windows OS.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
