[IO] FileUtils.copyURLToFile stalls

Hello,

When I try to copy a file from a remote location, the file almost always stalls.

When I check the log files from the apache server that serves the file, I see a 200 OK message.

Also, I don't appear to have normally any connection problems. I can always access via a browser without a problem, wget has no troubles retrieving files, etc.


Any ideas about how I can try to find the source of my problem?
