The [SINGA Jupyter notebook page|http://nbviewer.jupyter.org/github/apache/incubator-singa/blob/master/doc/en/docs/notebook/index.ipynb] says that Rafiki tutorial is still Work In Progress.

Since a new version of Rafiki is developed now, we can create a notebook tutorial for using it. This tutorial can be copied from [Rafiki’s HTML Documentation|https://nginyc.github.io/rafiki/docs/latest/] and converted to notebook format.
