missing junit dependency

hi folks!

I've just tried to recompile the fb_tomee8 branch which used to be green.
But now I get a few exceptions that junit is missing. Both on my macbook but also on my Linux Workstation.

Not sure what happened in the last month. I really cannot find any defined dependency for junit in quite a few modules.
Anybody experienced something similar?

We cannot just add junit to the uppermost project as a few modules (mostly the TCKs) are using testng. 
So I will add junit as test dependency in a few modules to make tomee compile again.

But somehow this feels like I just missed something. My checkout is clean, I have no local changes and I'm up2date with upstream.
Any ideas?
