Site-to-site is a very powerful feature.  It would be helpful if one could set total throughput rates to be not exceeded for all ports as well as max rates per port to not exceed.  These values should be honored cluster wide and not just within a single node.  This is important for various managed bandwidth use cases.  Also, would be helpful if the rate targets can by dynamically modified.  Perhaps whatever the REST API would be for them will end up being sufficient for this.
