Fwd: logging-log4j2 git commit: Ignore Eclipse IDE files.
You should be able to just put these in the root .gitignore and it applies
to all subdirectories.

I, too, use a global gitignore (which I named .cvsignore so it works in
other programs as well for some reason).

I really don’t like having .gitignore as part of the project. I use a global gitignore to make sure it applies to everything.
