[users@httpd] About band restriction.

Hello Everybody.

I am the environment called Windows2000+Apache2.0.43+ADSL1.5Mbps.
I make the personal computer of the self the Web server with my hobby and be
disclosing this to WWW.
However, a bad client will visit it although it is a minority.

Because teach and became want the method that is able to materialize band
restriction in this environment I contributed it.
For example, it is possibility site address etc. that download the module
that does band restriction.

If there is information joyful.
