Is there a repository for bundles?
Hi,
Just wonder whether there is a repository (better to be maven2 compatible)
from which we can get artefacts? Or we just need to osgize every artefact we
used?

This is actually my largest stumbling block with osgi. Although osgi
is a very very impressive and ingenious technology, at a practical
level, osgi is not extraordinarily useful in the absence of bundle
repositories and robust dependency management.

There's no single place but you can have a few bundles at the
following locations:
http://repo2.maven.org/maven2/org/apache/servicemix/bundles/
http://repo2.maven.org/maven2/org/apache/geronimo/bundles/
http://ebr.springsource.com/repository/app/

I've been working on an OBR implementation for Archiva...a bit slow going
given customer requirements.
If you have feature requests, please add to:
http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MRM-1427
My plan is to work with the Apache ACE project to provide a distributed
management/deployment solution.
