   @patacongo I updated the description, I think it may have misled you.  
   
    >The Interfaces will now work if there are any errors in the data, It could be induced by unplugging a cable on on a switch (not connected to the device)
   
   It was not a net up/down and was a Babbling Receive Error Indicating a frame was received with length in excess of RCR[MAX_FL] bytes.
