    Description: *send.buffer.bytes* and *receive.buffer.bytes* are declared with *atLeast(0)* constraint in *DistributedConfig*, whereas *-1* should be also allowed to set  (was: *send.buffer.bytes* and *receive.buffer.bytes* are declared with *atLeast(0)* constraint in *DistributedConfig*, whereas -1 should be also allowed to set)
