Adam Lally resolved UIMA-8.

    Resolution: Fixed

The examples are added to the /examples directory of the
distribution, NOT under /docs/examples as was previously the
case.  I can change this if there are objections.

The examples eclipse project is now called "uimaj-examples"
instead of "uima_examples" as was previously the case.  This
was done so that it's named the same thing as the directory
in our own SVN, and therefore the Eclipse run configuration
files will work both for us and our users.
