missing bean:message weblogic8.1 Workshop

I have deployed successfully the struts-example on Tomcat & Weblogic8.1 (war file in .../user_projects/domains/mydomain/applications).  Its trying to get it via Weblogic8.1 WORKSHOP...

The problem: javax.servlet.jsp.JspException: Missing message for key index.title (in the ApplicationResources.properties).

The structure of my files (used Workshop wizard) are under ../user_projects/myproject/myprojectWeb

(0)index.jsp (myprojectWeb):

2nd question, besides the 'missing' propoerty:
(4)What do I need to do (controller.jpf,etc.) to get the struts-example to work with Workshop?  I would have thought the controller.jpf would have automatically generate the GUI, given the struts-example files.

Any help would be appreciated.
