STR:
* Create a config group for HDFS (say hdfs2)
* Create an override for hdfs2
* Save (right now Save is disabled, but you can try to navigate away and save using the confirmation dialog that pops up). This creates HDFS V2.
* Go to Dashboard > Config History
* Click on the SCV for hdfs2 (V2)

Expected:
* Navigates to HDFS page with hdfs2 selected as the config group
* Shows the selected SCV for the hdfs2 (v2)

Actual:
* Navigates to HDFS page with HDFS Default selected as the config group
* Shows the SCV for HDFS Default (v1)
