[jira] [Created] (HDFS-10432) "dfs.namenode.hosts" and "dfs.namenode.host.exclude" deprecated?

Ernesto Peralta created HDFS-10432:
--------------------------------------

             Summary: "dfs.namenode.hosts" and "dfs.namenode.host.exclude" deprecated?
                 Key: HDFS-10432
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HDFS-10432
             Project: Hadoop HDFS
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: documentation
    Affects Versions: 2.6.2
            Reporter: Ernesto Peralta
            Priority: Trivial

Hello,

we can see In the configurations for NameNode from "hdfs-site.xml", the parameters "dfs.namenode.hosts" and "dfs.namenode.hosts.exclude".
But, the parameter "dfs.namenode.hosts" and "dfs.namenode.host.exclude" donĀ“t appear in "hdfs-default.xml" file.

Are the parameters "dfs.hosts" and "dfs.hosts.exclude" more adequate and right? Are the parameters "dfs.namenode.hosts" and "dfs.namenode.host.exclude" deprecated?

-hdfs-default.xml, parameters:
http://hadoop.apache.org/docs/r2.6.2/hadoop-project-dist/hadoop-hdfs/hdfs-default.xml
