[mina] AvailablePortFinder

Any reason that AvailablePortFinder only searches for ports  <= 49151 ?
I am just curious.

It is because this document(http://www.iana.org/assignments/port-numbers)
says that 49151 is the upper limit of registered port numbers. (The numbers
above it can be used by O/S internally) Does this make sense?
