Here is an overview of the issue:
---------------------------------------------------------------------
        Key: FOR-99
Summary: [PATCH] Forrestbot2: Logfile date does not use 24-hour clock
       Type: Bug

     Status: Assigned
   Priority: Minor

    Project: Forrest
  Component: Forrestbot
    Fix For: 0.6
   Versions:
             HEAD

   Assignee: Dave Brondsema
   Reporter: Marshall Roch

    Created: Sun, 28 Dec 2003 4:51 AM
    Updated: Tue, 27 Apr 2004 12:10 AM

Description:
Forrestbot2 generates a log file w/ the build date upon completion of the run. That log file uses the pattern "yyMMdd-hhmm", which is based ona 12-hour clock (am/pm). It should be "yyMMdd-HHmm" at the least, and ideally, IMO, "yyyyMMddHHmmss", which is a valid ISO-8601 datetime.
