[I] pyarrow==17 is disting an `examples` folder into python site-packages [arrow]

   ### Describe the bug, including details regarding any error messages, version, and platform.
   
   `pip install pyarrow==17` puts an `examples` folder in the install directory. Since this is quite a generic name, this folder should be omitted from installation or otherwise renamed.
