[I] [Feature] type:time 时区与间隔问题 [echarts]
hzdjulytech opened a new issue, #21211:
URL: https://github.com/apache/echarts/issues/21211
### What problem does this feature solve?

Ovilia's code will work if ```useUTC:true``` is added.
The time zone issue has been discussed over the years, see #14453. Just added my solution there.

可以提供时间字符串,例如:
```ts
option = {
xAxis: {
type: 'time'
},
yAxis: {
type: 'value'
},
series: [
{
data: [
['2024-04-09T13:00:00Z', 10]
],
type: 'line'
}
]
};
```

@hzdjulytech It seems you are not using English, I've helped translate the content automatically. To make your issue understood by more people and get helped, we'd like to suggest using English next time. 🤗

**TITLE**
[Feature] type:time time zone and interval problem
**BODY**
### What problem does this feature solve?
In the statistics, there will be data by day, week, and month statistics recorded on the start timestamp of the specified period, which can be applied to category or time, but time is more convenient, and the formatting and default behavior implemented by the library can be used, but the current coordinate axis division markers are based on local time, and a time zone needs to be specified, that is, the time zone based on the data statistics, not the time zone when the data is displayed
In addition, this kind of data often has a minimum interval, and the rest is fine, but the time interval of the month is not the same, can it only be processed by category?
