rotate text

Hello,
I would like to rotate a piece of text by 90 degrees.
Is there any possibility within FOP?

The background:

I create a letter together with the envelope.
Unfortunately my printer only likes the envelopes turned by 90 degrees so I
have to rotate the envelope page in my document .
