[I] Use FG reader in HoodieMergedReadHandle [hudi]
hudi-bot opened a new issue, #16944:

`HoodieMergedReadHandle` contains adhoc merge logic to merge base file and log files, which does no support some important features, like partial updates.
Therefore, FG reader should be used to replace this adhoc merge logic here.

This appears to have been addressed by [HUDI-8287](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HUDI-8287) / PR #13313 (commit `72f63ef1c59c`, May 2025), which removed `HoodieMergedReadHandle` entirely and routes the read path through `HoodieFileGroupReader` (changes landed in `HoodieIndexUtils`). The class no longer exists on master. Closing as fixed seems appropriate — please reopen if there's a remaining gap not covered by HUDI-8287.
