Examples should have a dependency on oozie-core TEST JAR with 'test' scope.
TestLocalOozieExample should extend XTestCase to bootstrap embedded minicluster if necessary and to use all the helper methods from XTestCase (getTestUser, getTestGroup, getJobTracker, getNameNode, injectKerberosInfo) instead duplicating the logic.
Also, if test user is not 'test' the test fails.
