   Very interesting bug. Looks like the within `InterleavedLedgerStorage` we are not able to find an eligible clean page.
   This could happen if we fail to flush the ledgers in order to get a clean page however there aren't enough related details to be sure. @liangyuanpeng Is it possible to set your BK server log properties to DEBUG mode and restart the bookie?
   We should hope to see more logs which can point us in the right direction.
