We are using Airavata 0.3 built by Saminda as I recall and Saminda probably built it specifically to us as newer Airavata had some issues. If the newer version solve the bug and we can move ahead with newer one.
FYI, we build on paramberoo-trunk on gw56 for the current version.

Can you or Ning verify which version of Airavata is used at the moment please? If it is still 0.3 we need to upgrade it to 0.4 (which Lahiru did I separately as I remember) and check again. We fixed some of error notifications in 0.4.
