### Description
In previous versions of Apache Airflow, users could duplicate an existing connection from the Web UI.
In Airflow 3.3.1, this option appears to be missing from the Connections interface.
### Use case/motivation
When configuring multiple connections to similar environments (development, staging, production), users often need to create connections with almost identical parameters.
Having to manually recreate each connection is time-consuming and increases the risk of configuration errors.

Confirmed — this existed in Airflow 2.x (#18161) but was dropped during the Airflow 3 UI rewrite.
Plan: add a "Duplicate" action to the connection row menu in `Connections.tsx`, prefill the existing `ConnectionForm` with the connection's values (minus ID and password), and submit via the existing create-connection flow — no backend changes needed.
Willing to submit a PR for this if the approach looks good.
