The Windows build [1] permanently fails due to the machine suddenly has slow down. Maybe one month ago the machine was pretty fast and our performance tests did not fail at all. Now the tests are slower and do not pass.

Interesting thing is with Windows1 which has 2 processors and somehow got slow. After I changed JVM GC to CMS all was slower. After using Parallel GC it was better but still slower that one month ago. So I let it be without specifying any GC algorithm and the machine is still too slow.
