XSSFWorkbook.cloneSheet does not copy notes

I am using 3.8 beta 5, and when I use XSSFWorkbook.cloneSheet to create a new
sheet, it appears to be a nearly exact copy, excep the notes from the
original sheet are not being created in the clone. The documentation states
that the new sheet is a deep clone, so I was expecting the notes to come
over as well.

I saw some posts regarding images that was apparently fixed in beta4, but I
found nothing regarding notes.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
