I think the way in which `CamelQuarkusTestSupport` currently works is a bit flawed.
The CQ core starts the `CamelContext` well in advance of the test framework doing its setup work. Meaning that any adjustments to the `CamelContext` get made while it's in the `Started` state. This can lead to subtle issues reported in #7140 & also some issues I found trying to implement #7029.
In test mode we should defer the runtime start until after the test framework setup work is completed.

Not much we can do for this. Since the `CamelContext` is effectively a singleton.
When it's started for one test, then obviously it's started for all of them.
Fixing this would require a test class scoped `CamelContext` instance. Which currently isn't really possible without all tests having their own `QuarkusTestProfile` to force a 'clean' app restart.
Probably what we really need is something akin to Spring `@DirtiesContext` https://github.com/quarkusio/quarkus/issues/26818.
