[I] Setup GitHub actions to run CI [cassandra-easy-stress]
rustyrazorblade opened a new issue, #58:

Hopefully it's straightforward:
- Trigger on PRs and pushes to `main`
- Run `./gradlew test`
- Run `./gradlew ktlintCheck`
- Run `./gradlew detekt`
- Optional: matrix test JDK 11, 17, 21
Add CI badge in README.md.
