error in the https setting:

 default keystore name is 
/etc/cloudstack/management/cloud.keystore
but in version 4.2.0 used /etc/cloudstack/management/cloudmanagementserver.keystore

solve : after 2 min. after 
#] cloudstack-setup-management --https
run 
]# cp   /etc/cloudstack/management/cloud.keystore  /etc/cloudstack/management/cloudmanagementserver.keystore
]# service cloudstack-management restart
