Looking for Internationalization specifications for JetSpeed-2

Hello,

I am looking for detailed information on the internationalization 
implementation of JetSpeed-2.
The JetSpeed-2 web page indicates localization of portal resources into 12 
languages; also, I have found some information about localization APIs.

Is there any more specific information available?
For instance, I am looking for information about 
-- Unicode support, both within the portal an in its integration with 
database systems;
-- locale handling;
-- BiDi support; 
-- handling of various regional conventions, such as date, time, numeric 
formats etc.;
-- collation; 
-- multi-language support of the full-text search feature;
-- etc.

Also, is there a list of languages for which localization is provided?
