The main part we are breaking is around the docker image: [https://incubator.apache.org/guides/distribution.html#docker] I think we break almost every point in the list that is there.
We push the tag "latest" in a scheduled build via travis to the docker hub. This is exactly what we should not be doing based on the distribution guidelines.
Beside that I think the only other thing we could be breaking is the github release needs to include the incubation disclaimer. If that just needs to be on the page view it is easy, if it needs to be a part of the archive we have some more work to do.
