System mail with a return address at vcl-user

While working on my base image capture, I just got the error message
below. Which is fine, except that the return address is... this list.

I find, in lib/VCL/utils.pm:

   $request_info{user}{affiliation}{helpaddress} = 'vcl-user@incubator.apache.org';

That's a bug, right? Is there a setting someplace where I can override
that?

I'll double check. But this is likely the default setting if nothing
is set in the database for the affiliation.

One thing to try is to update the global help email address in
affiliation table.

You'll need to do this through the cmdline or through phpmyadmin or
another mysql management editor.
