[I] idea: Add delete recursive support [incubator-opendal]

Some services like `azdls`, `azfile` has native support for delete recursive, maybe we can add them instead? We can remove `remove`, `remove_all` API after that.

I think this would be better as an implentation for `remove_all`? `remove` has no intersection with it.
