   Currently, adapters are mainly created over the UI using the adapter creation assistant in StreamPipes Connect.
   In some cases, it can be useful to programmatically create adapters, e.g., in case an adapter contains many custom configurations which are rather time-consuming in the user interface.
   Therefore, we should introduce an API which supports programmatic creation of adapters. The configuration should be less verbose than the current `AdapterDescription` so that developers can create new adapters more easily.
