[GH] (ofbiz-framework/enhance-externalLoginKey-fix): Workflow run "Java CI with Gradle" is working again!

Fix NPE in ExternalLoginKeysManagerTests replay test

The replay test's mocked requests didn't stub getServletContext(),
which the per-webapp redemption check now calls. Mock a ServletContext
returning the same context path for both the first-use and replay
requests, matching the test's own "same webapp, second attempt" intent.
