Malformeds URL Exceptions using the docbook-xsl

I'm using the latest stable version of Xalan 2.4.0, and I using the latest 
versoin of docbook-xsl 1.53.0, but when I want transform any docbook document 
my screen show the next message:

java.net.MalformedURLException: unknown protocol: c
