[Heads up] ServiceMix Kernel and GShell

I've upgrade ServiceMix Kernel to the latest trunk of GShell.
This makes the gshell / servicemix integration much easier.
The main change from a user POV is that commands syntax have changed a bit.
Instead of "osgi list", one would now use "osgi/list".
There are a bunch of new commands directly from gshell too.
Note that there is currently no authentication when remote login (only
bogus / bogus will fail).
