[Studio] [i18n]

To edit messages_xx.properties files I'm using Jboss Tools Properties Editor (Eclipse plugin) [1], which has 2 views and
does the encoding correctly when editing using the 'Properties' view instead of the 'source' view. When trying to open a
miss encoded properties file the editor throws an error instead of opening the file.
