[BUG]: "Internal redirect feature have a problem" on BSDI (fwd)

ring any bells ?

It's a client-side redirect so shouldn't be an infinite redirect loop
problem.

Symptoms:

In the HTTPD.CONF, when I insert this line inside
a virtual host configuration, it freeze my web
server.
       Redirect / http://somewhere.com/

The server works great for a few minutes/hours,
but after something that I don't know, the server
refuse to connect users.

There's no core file, or I don't know how to
know it! Please, I need this feature, but
I'm sorry to know that it is not working
correctly!

problems.
