[VOTE] Release Apache Traffic Server v2.1.4

Hi all,

I've prepared a new package for a v2.1.4 release. Please take a look at
the artifacts, check the STATUS/README/CHANGES files, and do builds and
tests. After finishing your examination of the release candidate, please
cast your ±/0 votes, I will call the vote on 11/12. The src tar-ball and
signatures are available in

http://people.apache.org/~zwoop/rel-candidates/

The relevant files are

     -rw-r--r-- 1 zwoop zwoop 2808882 Nov 9 23:01
trafficserver-2.1.4-unstable.tar.bz2
     -rw-r--r-- 1 zwoop zwoop 836 Nov 9 23:01
trafficserver-2.1.4-unstable.tar.bz2.asc
     -rw-r--r-- 1 zwoop zwoop 71 Nov 9 23:01
trafficserver-2.1.4-unstable.tar.bz2.md5
     -rw-r--r-- 1 zwoop zwoop 79 Nov 9 23:01
trafficserver-2.1.4-unstable.tar.bz2.sha1

Checksums are:

     SHA1: e6c2b2c064bdbbbb5ef435dc2a87b8f9ce84e92a
     MD5: a716027ecb14a1b42944c93a8c788ae1

This release has a number of bug fixes, but no major feature changes,
since v2.1.3. The primary reason for this release is to get a fairly
"stable" release out in the wild, before we go ahead and make more of
the incompatible API changes scheduled for v3.0. A full list of all
changes since v2.1.3 is available in the CHANGES file, e.g.

http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/trafficserver/traffic/tags/2.1.4/CHANGES

Hey
Great to hear all the chatter online about the community and seeing it
grow, a little like the early days for Plone.

I am using ATS on a Drupal site, I was wondering if you have any advice
for tweaking ATS for Drupal since your personal site is Drupal ?

I look forward to getting more involved when I am back at work, new
company www.devaus.com will be heavily into ATS so the future looks
good.

Peace

With 5 +1's (4 binding) and no -1's and 0, this release vote passes.
Thanks everyone for testing and voting! I'll push the artifact to dist
momentarily, and it should show up on the mirrors in 24-48 hours, at
which point we'll make the announcement.

Cheers!
