[Bug 123322] New: inconsistent scroll

https://issues.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=123322

            Bug ID: 123322
        Issue Type: DEFECT
           Summary: inconsistent scroll
           Product: Calc
           Version: 4.0.0
          Hardware: PC
                OS: Windows 7
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: major
          Priority: P3
         Component: viewing
          Assignee: issues@openoffice.apache.org
          Reporter: parker.john@virgin.net
                CC: issues@openoffice.apache.org

Created attachment 81598
  --> https://issues.apache.org/ooo/attachment.cgi?id=81598&action=edit
screen redraw error after cell copy paste and then scroll.

Some times the scroll wheel works as it should but on occasions the window will
start to creep and then any touch of the scroll wheel sends the window into
very rapid scroll. Not my hardware as this only happen in calc.
After this happens the scroll bar has to be used to get to the window location
required and then the screen redraw does not remove all lines of previous cell
screen or draw all of new cells/graphs.
