[jira] [Created] (QPID-3341) Remove unused/dead transport code
Remove unused/dead transport code
---------------------------------
Key: QPID-3341
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/QPID-3341
Project: Qpid
Issue Type: Improvement
Components: Java Broker, Java Client, Java Common
Reporter: Keith Wall
Assignee: Keith Wall
Fix For: 0.13
There are several dead sections of transport code within MINANetworkDriver and test support classes that are no longer in use. These will be removed.
There are also several features, such as protect IO, that have been broken by many previous commits over four+ years, and have no test coverage. These faetures will also be removed.
This improvement will support future work to rationalise the transport implementations.
