   I think it would be helpful to just have the document in this PR so people can agree upon the user experience.
   
   I am overall fine with bundling a runtime jar if that is what Aliyun user is used to have. But I would expect other people to have some concerns due to:
   
   1. in the future all service vendors will need 2 modules, that will add a lot of new modules to Iceberg. (although arguably we are already creating a ton of modules due to engine versioning)
   2. it is a different experience from the Nessie and AWS modules. We should determine the strategy to follow for all future vendors.
   
   We can raise this in the dev list and sync meeting to collect some feedback, I can send out the email.
