Release of Sling API 2.23.0

Hi all,

for the Sling API, we had a version 2.22.2 that
was not released yet while the maven version is
already on 2.23.0-SNAPSHOT.

What I did now:

* moved fixed issues to API 2.23.0 [1]
* renamed API 2.22.2 to API 2.23.2 [2] (has 3 open issues now)

I would like to start a release vote for API 2.23.0
this evening, if somebody had something that should go
in now is a good time to speak up...
